Products & Quantity

In the "Part Number" field(s), please enter the pack number/stock number you wish to order. This information can be found on a previous pack/stock box in large bold numbers/letters (ex: 40561BIP or 682-026)

If your office has multiple shipping locations, please indicate to which location you'd like your order shipped in the "Shipping Instructions" field. If your Ship To Address is different than your billing address or if you require expedited shipping, * please indicate in instructions above.

*Expedited shipping carries a higher shipping cost.

Please make sure to list the correct unit of measure. For example, if your product comes 5 per case, you may enter 5 in the "Quantity" field and leave the "Unit of Measure" field at the default of "EA" OR you may enter 1 in the "Quantity" AND change the "Unit of Measure" field to "CS."
