Invenio’s leadership brings decades of experience to product development, manufacturing, and marketing. Collectively, our leadership and management staff has developed and launched medical devices in multiple categories globally, working with some of the biggest names in healthcare including Cardinal Healthcare, Medline, 3M, Kimberly Clark/Halyard, Molnlycke, CR Bard, Medical Action, and AVID Medical.

Rick Setian

Rick Setian

Chief Executive Officer

Rick Setian is a co-founder of Invenio Procedure Solutions and the company’s Chief Executive Officer. His 30+ years of experience in healthcare are helping Invenio redefine the optimal creation of solutions for healthcare professionals by driving faster product innovation and improving supply chain efficiencies. In his role at Invenio, Rick oversees an organization that is built to maintain a lean but effective structure focused on identifying evolutions in healthcare dynamics and leveraging them to create better overall solutions for clients.

Prior to joining Invenio, Rick co-founded AVID Medical in 1998, guiding the business to national prominence and recognition, built on the pillars of quality, service, and integrity. Rick has also held senior level positions in Sales, Marketing, OEM, GPO/IDN, and Operations throughout his career, consistently demonstrating the ability to build effective organizations with foundations in strong corporate culture and results for customers.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University Greencastle, Indiana.

Patrice Gerard

Patrice Gerard

President / Chief Operating Officer

Patrice Gerard is a co-founder of Invenio Procedure Solutions and the company’s President & Chief Operating Officer. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare marketing, product innovation, and new business development, he created the company out of a recognition that the rapid pace of change impacting technology, manufacturing, and supply chain channels could more efficiently and effectively serve the evolving needs of healthcare professionals, and in turn, their patients and families.

Prior to Invenio, Patrice was Deputy CEO of Arc Royal, Ireland and the principal at Martson consulting, a consultancy created to provide strategic input for new business development opportunities in the healthcare marketplace, including evaluation of the use of mergers and acquisitions as a mechanism to enhance market position. For over 10 years, Patrice also held a variety of leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark, including overseeing the expansion of European business markets and heading up the company’s Global Strategic Marketing team.

A graduate of the UCL in Belgium, Patrice holds a degree in Business Administration and Education, and has completed advance courses in management at the INSEAD. Patrice, his wife Natacha, and their 3 children originally hail from Belgium. Based in Atlanta, Patrice serves as on the board of trustees of School Growth Foundation.

Chad Ellis

Chad Ellis

Vice President of Sales

Chad Ellis is the Vice-President of Sales for Invenio Procedure Solutions, where he oversees sales efforts of the Executive Client Management team.

A veteran of the surgical nonwoven and CPT business since he began his career in 1982, his experience includes strategic sales and leadership positions with Procter & Gamble, Kimberly-Clark, Maxxim Medical, AVID Medical, Medical Action Industries, and Owens & Minor. During his 30+ year tenure, he has worked both nationally and internationally in sales, training, and management positions.

Chad is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a degree in Organizational Communication and Math. He enjoys writing and speaking engagements, is a published author and motivational speaker, and spent 10 years as an NCAA basketball referee in his ‘spare time.’ Chad and his wife Joyce reside in Franklin, TN, where most spare moments are now spent chasing grandchildren.

Vince Viverito

Vince Viverito

Vice President, National Strategic Accounts

As Vice President of National Strategic Accounts, Vince Viverito innovates strategy, negotiates agreements, and implements programs with Distributors, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and Regional Purchasing Collaborative (RPCs).

Vince has been in Healthcare since 1991, holding a variety of leadership level positions in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, National & Corporate Accounts, and Distributor Relations with companies such as Owens & Minor, Medical Action Industries, AVID Medical, Consorta, Richard Wolf Medical, and Circon/ACMI.

A creative executive experienced in leading business to exceptional performance and tangible results, Vince is acknowledged as a problem-solver and for crafting solutions that result in sustainable growth.

Vince holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and French from Bradley University.
